Process of membership application

Submission of completed application form with required documents.
Application will be reviewed during the councillors’ meeting, held every second Tuesday of the month, except for August, for approval.

※However, if the application of the above criteria is deemed undesirable due to factors such as the nature of the business or the scale of operations, or if, for various reasons, a single Japanese company becomes a member under multiple corporate or individual names, adjustments will be made between the sub-committee chairman and the related councillors, and approval from the board of directors will be required. Furthermore, any changes along the way will be made by the secretariat in consultation with the relevant sub-committee chairman as needed. If you have any questions, please contact the secretariat.”
